Our afternoon sessions offer a seamless shift from a busy school day into a restorative home-like atmosphere for P1 to P7 pupils.

 

Children are collected from St Bride's Primary School and, following a short walk to the studio, they are encouraged to snuggle into their slippers and find their rhythm as we begin with some brain boost activities followed by homework. As tasks are ticked off, we will ease into a peaceful wind-down where the children can choose to explore tactile art projects, engage in friendly strategy games, or find a quiet corner to decompress with a favourite story.

 

At Immerse, we prioritise holistic emotional health by weaving mindful self-regulation techniques into every afternoon. Our goal is to return your child to you feeling balanced and relaxed, fully prepared to enjoy your evening together as a family.

 

To preserve this tranquil and intimate setting, bookings are termly and we limit group numbers, ensuring each young person thrives within an attentive, small-group dynamic where their individual needs are always recognised and met.
